No. Both members and non-members can access the Marketplace and work with partners. Membership is for people who want additional support: additional concierge guidance, private community, and member-only experiences.

Is concierge support included in the membership fee?

Yes, members receive a set number of concierge hours each year. If you need more support beyond that, you may be able to purchase additional hours.

Are services in the Marketplace included in my membership?

Marketplace partners bill independently for their services. When possible, TFC members receive special considerations, added value, or preferred access, which are outlined in individual listings.
